Staff.

Roxanne Cottrell LSO, CMLT is a Laser Safety Officer, achieving that credential after attending the Medical Laser Safety Officer course at the Laser Institute of America.

Roxanne Cottrell has been in business in the Phoenix area since 1975. Her most current business prior to opening the laser clinics was owning a prototype engineering company. She has owned laser clinics since 1999. Her clinics have done more treatments in the State of Arizona, than any other laser clinic.

She is currently the Chairperson for the American Association of Laser Cosmetic Specialists.

Roxanne was a High School teacher who loves to teach. Her teaching abilities combined with her experience in the cosmetic laser business, makes her the most qualified person to teach the state required classes.

Joseph Cottrell LSO, CMLT is also Medical Laser Safety Officer.

Joseph Cottrell  has the same laser clinic business experience as Roxanne. He also has extensive experience working on electronics and lasers , having served in the USAF, holding a Top Secret Security clearance, and working on the Heads Up Laser Display in SR-71 aircraft.
